STEP BY STEP PROCESS

Basic Requirements:

Identify the visa type.
Fill out the visa application form.
Submit the complete requirements to us and pay the applicable fees.
Our team will check your submitted documents thoroughly and will inform you of any additional requirements, if any.
Visa results will be released 10–15 working days from the filing date (subject to change).

The E Group Visa processing fee is free of charge if you avail any of our Korea Group Tour packages.

A. INDIVIDUAL KOREAN VISA

(Process and submit to the Korean Visa Center by scheduled 10-15 working days depending on thenumber of applications)

Basic Requirements:

Application Form (Typewritten, A4 size paper, 5 pages only, use check for answerable by yes or no, please no X mark and N/A just use check )
Original Passport (please make sure to sign it)
1 piece of passport-size colored picture, white background
Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page2)
Original and Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamp to OECD member countries for the
past 5 years (if applicable)
Original Certificate of Employment [must include applicant position, date hired, compensation, office
address, HR landline number (mobile number is not allowed), HR Email]
Photocopy of Mayor’s Business Permit, DTI, SEC, GIS (for Self-Employed or Businessman)
Original Personal Bank Certificate [must include account name, account number, account type, current
balance, account opening date, 6 months average daily balance (ADB)]
Bank Statement (original or certified true copy of the bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months)
Photocopy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316 for ITR 1701 (page1 and 2)
Data Privacy Consent Form (Original sign or E-sign)
1. ( If personally invited by Korean ) – Authentication not required
  – Invitation Letter
  – Photocopy of inviter’s Passport or Identification Card.
2. ( If invited by Company in Korea ) – Authentication not required
  – Invitation Letter
  – Photocopy of Korean Company Business Permit.

1. Photocopy of Company Business Permits (Latest Mayor’s/SEC/DTI)
2. Guaranteed Letter from the company with a list of employees/participants (passport details) in company letterhead with original signature, notarized.
3. Original Bank Cert and Bank Statement latest 3 months
4. Photocopy of ITR
TOUR LEADER (Team Leader (one must be assigned among the group. Minor or Senior are not eligible to be a TL)
1. Passport valid for more than 6 months from the date of travel
2. Passport size picture
3. Application form (computerized, printed in A4 size paper, 5 pages, with live ink signature on the 5th page
4. Certificate of Employment – (on company letterhead with telephone number and email address, full name of the applicant, designation, date started, and compensation. The purpose should be for a tourist visa application to South

5. Bank Certificate- on bank letterhead, strictly with 6 months Average Daily Balance, date opened, and current balance
6. Bank statements: last 3 months
7. Copy of latest ITR

3. Original Certificate of Employment – on company letterhead with telephone number and email address, fullname of applicant, designation, date started, and compensation. The purpose should be for a tourist visa application to South Korea or School Certificate for Educational tourist

COLLECTIVE OR REGULAR TOURIST

Please check the basic requirements and additional documents for collective or regular tourist

REMARKS:

Guaranteed Single Entry E-Group visa (passenger with derogatory record and denied by Korean embassy is not enabled to Group visa)
Please inform your passengers that the release of the approved Group E-visa Certificate is 5-7 working days prior to the departure or arrival date in South Korea.
